As per information/evidence found and proved and on the basis of Rule-24(2), 48(2)(Umo) and 48(2)(Cha) of PPR-2008 and Act-64(5) of PPA-2006, the 2 (Two) institutions i.e. Feni Rent-A-Car (Address: 56, Eastern Trade Center (7th Floor, Suite No 07), Purana Paltan, Dhaka-1000) and Raju Enterprise (Address: Address: 56, Eastern Trade Center (8th Floor), Purana Paltan, Dhaka-1000) have been barred/refrained from participating in any Tenders by "***Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA) and any other Projects of DTCA***" until further notice for participating in "Collusive Practice" and "Fraudulent Practice" collectively as per Rule-127(2)(Kha) and Rule-127(2)(Ga) of PPR-2008 respectively by violating Rule-96(2) and Rule-22(2) of PPR-2008 while participating in the Tender of Package S9-CH (Package Name: Hiring of 1 Microbus with 1 Driver) through Open Tendering Method (OTM) by Procuring Entity titled "Establishment of Clearing House for Integrating Transport Ticketing System in Dhaka City and Adjacent Districts (Phase-II) Project (Short Name: Clearing House (Phase-2) Project)" of DTCA.
This Office Order is signed on 07.10.2024 and will be effective immediately. It will remain effective until further notice. |
