As part of the tender evaluation, during the post qualification, Hasan Enterprise presented three unregistered vehicles as per the information provided in the tender for Procurement of Transport Service (PS-6). After detailed verification by the technical sub-committee , it was found that one of the presented vehicles (Microbus-2) was indeed a registered vehicle. Hasan Enterprise falsely removed the original registered name plate of the vehicle and presented it as unregistered. stay order-01(writ petetion 21025 of 2025): The High Court Division has withdrawn the disqualification for 06 (six) months from the date of judgment 27-01-2026 i.e. till 26-06-2026. The disqualification will be effective again from the date 27th June 2026. |
